🛍 Return & Exchange Window

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of delivery.
  
• After this period, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
  
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice with order ID) and a proper unboxing/order-receiving video must be provided.
  

📚 Book-Specific Exchange Policy

Books are eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery only if:

• Pages are misprinted or damaged, or
  
• The wrong class or subject was ordered.
  

Important Conditions for Book Exchange:

• A proper unboxing/order-receiving video recorded at the time of receiving the order is mandatory.
  
• The book must be in mint condition or unused, undamaged, and without any markings.
  
• If the wrong book was ordered, the customer will bear the return shipping.
  
  

❌ Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

• Return request is made after 72 hours from delivery.
  
• Book is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.
• The above book exchange conditions are not met.
  

📦 Damaged or Defective Product?

While we ensure strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at nageensocial@gmail.com
• Attach: A clear photo of the damaged product (preferably in its packaging).
• Share your order ID.
• We’ll arrange a free replacement at the earliest.

• If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.

💳 Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days. Kindly share your account details via email.
