At Nageen Prakashan, we’re committed to ensuring your experience with us is smooth, transparent, and satisfying. Below is everything you need to know about our return, refund, and shipping policies

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 4 working days of delivery.

  • After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

  • If the return request is made after 4 working days from the delivery date.

  • If the Book is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Product?

While we ensure strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nageensocial@gmail.com.

Attach:

    • A clear photo of the damaged product (preferably in its packaging).

    • Your order ID.

We’ll arrange for a free replacement at the earliest. If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account. Kindly share your account details via email.

Changed Your Mind? Not Liking the Product?

We get it – sometimes a book just isn’t the right fit. If you wish to return it for this reason:

  • Initiate the return request within 48 hours of delivery by:

  • Process your refund within 7 working days once we receive and inspect the returned item

Please note: Return requests for change of mind will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery time varies by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 7–10 working days

Our Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:

  • Delhivery

  • FedEx

  • Xpressbees

We primarily use Delhivery and FedEx Surface for most deliveries.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and delivery location.

  • Orders that cross the minimum threshold for free shipping will not incur any delivery fee.
