Return & Exchange Window
Products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of delivery.
After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept any return or exchange requests.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice with order ID) and proper unboxing/order-receiving video must be provided.
Book-Specific Exchange Policy
Books are eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery only if:

Pages are misprinted or damaged, or
-
The wrong class or subject was ordered.
Important Conditions for Book Exchange:

Exchange requests will be accepted only if the customer provides a proper unboxing/order-receiving video recorded at the time of receiving the order.

The book must be in mint condition — unused, undamaged, and without any markings.

Customer will ship the product back to use if they have ordered the wrong book.
Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases

If the return request is made after 72 hours from the delivery date.

If the book is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.

If the above book exchange conditions are not met.
Damaged or Defective Product?
While we ensure strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing nageensocial@gmail.com.

Attach:

A clear photo of the damaged product (preferably in its packaging).

Your order ID.

We’ll arrange for a free replacement at the earliest. If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Timelines

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account with 7 working days. Kindly share your account details via email.
Changed Your Mind? Not Liking the Product?
We get it – sometimes a book just isn’t the right fit. If you wish to return it for this reason:

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and delivery location.

Orders that cross the minimum threshold for free shipping will not incur any delivery fee.
