The Monkey and The Two Cats is a story about a cunning monkey and two squabbling cats that teaches children that when one fights, somebody else benefits. The ‘Active Reader’ series contains 6 levels with 6 books under each level that promote the cognitive abilities of children and encourage independent reading. There are several aspects in the books that help the child grasp the story easily - colorful illustrations and a vocabulary section at the end of each book with context-specific meanings of difficult words. The story ends with either a thought-provoking question or a prompt that encourages the child to think of alternate storylines. They are inspired to draw their own conclusions and understand how the story can be different. This enables children to broaden the horizons of their imagination and take an active interest in learning. For children above 5 years of age and above, the content is designed on the reading level of the child rather than the age or enrolled grade to ensure that any child can pick up reading and progress at their own pace. Other titles available in this level are The Town Mouse and The Country Mouse, Who Will Bell The Cat?, The Three Little Pig , The Wolf and The Seven Little Kids and The Cunning Fox and The Wise Crane.

🛍 Return & Exchange Window
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of delivery.
- After this period, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice with order ID) and a proper unboxing/order-receiving video must be provided.
📚 Book-Specific Exchange Policy
Books are eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery only if:
- Pages are misprinted or damaged, or
- The wrong class or subject was ordered.
Important Conditions for Book Exchange:
- A proper unboxing/order-receiving video recorded at the time of receiving the order is mandatory.
- The book must be in mint condition or unused, undamaged, and without any markings.
- If the wrong book was ordered, the customer will bear the return shipping.
❌ Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases
- Return request is made after 72 hours from delivery.
- Book is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.
- The above book exchange conditions are not met.
📦 Damaged or Defective Product?
While we ensure strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at nageensocial@gmail.com
- Attach: A clear photo of the damaged product (preferably in its packaging).
- Share your order ID.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement at the earliest.
If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.
💳 Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days. Kindly share your account details via email.
