Primer Hindi includes a Reader, Workbook and a Recapitulation book. The Reader includes topics like symbols used for transliteration, forming two, three or four letter words, learning mantras, counting 1-10, learning about genders, antonyms, singular and plural words, learning about colours, names of body parts, animals, birds, fruits, vegetables, flowers, days, months, festivals and the National Anthem in Hindi.

\nThe child will not only learn new topics but will also build his/ her comprehension skills. The book also include extended engaging activities such as riddles, crosswords and matching figures to words are included in the book. By scanning QR codes, one can access exercises for better explanation, gaining a better idea of a specific skill such as auditory skills, fine motor skills, speaking skills that can be developed with particular exercises.

\nThe child can carry out the exercises independently or with the help of their parents or guardians.

🛍 Return & Exchange Window
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of delivery.
- After this period, we will not be able to accept return or exchange requests.
✅ Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice with order ID) and a proper unboxing/order-receiving video must be provided.
📚 Book-Specific Exchange Policy
Books are eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery only if:
- Pages are misprinted or damaged, or
- The wrong class or subject was ordered.
Important Conditions for Book Exchange:
- A proper unboxing/order-receiving video recorded at the time of receiving the order is mandatory.
- The book must be in mint condition or unused, undamaged, and without any markings.
- If the wrong book was ordered, the customer will bear the return shipping.
❌ Returns Not Accepted In the Following Cases
- Return request is made after 72 hours from delivery.
- Book is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging.
- The above book exchange conditions are not met.
📦 Damaged or Defective Product?
While we ensure strict quality checks, if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery at nageensocial@gmail.com
- Attach: A clear photo of the damaged product (preferably in its packaging).
- Share your order ID.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement at the earliest.
If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund will be processed.
💳 Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- COD Orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days. Kindly share your account details via email.
